Bosk

Twilight trespassed us through the dark forest,
sunlight tread through, in modest

As we walked through this path

I awoke to the sound, grazing of the grass
an intruder has come, it too, shall pass

A fight not wild, haste conquered foe
sunrise bewildered, thoughtful thoughts

Inaugurating the yellow star, rising star
persistence and the weald

Ultimately, terminus

A sight forbidden, a cherished gem
shattered ’twas, instantaneously

A sight forbidden, looted gem
nowhere to go, nowhere to hide.
